1) Choose the vehicle which best meets your needs from the models described.

2) Make sure you have read the general rental conditions set out below.

3) Fill out the reservation form for your Car Rental in the Dominican Republic, and 'submit' it by pressing the button at the bottom of the form.

4) You will normally receive a response within 24 hours by e-mail (except for Saturday and Sunday).

5) You will receive an 'invoice' for the rental contract in the form of an 'Word Excel' attachment, together with the summary of your reservation and the instructions for taking possession of the vehicle, as requested, locally in the DR.

6) The documents, contracts, a credit card impression for deposit (as described in 'Conditions'), and the outstanding payment will be processed at the time you take possession of the vehicle.

7) Payment for the rental may be made in cash or US$ travelers cheques, in Euros, or by MasterCard or Visa credit cards (Please note: Credit cards payments are subject to an additional banking fee of 5%)

8) PLEASE: Read carefully the general rental conditions (as outlined below) as well as the contract itself, when you receive it.

Car Rental Dominican Republic Conditions-
Please READ before filling the form

  • All rentals are valid for periods from one day, through to 15 days and more. (BUT PLEASE NOTE: For car rentals in Bavaro and Punta Cana area, hire periods must be for a minimum of seven days, if the vehicle is to be delivered to and collected from your resort hotel.)
  • Eight categories of vehicles are available. Please see each description above, and the relevant 'guarantee sums' outlined below this list of conditions (*).
  • To make a vehicle hire reservation, please complete the "Car Rental Submission Form", below, and press the 'submit' button.
  • Insurance: All the vehicles have 'all risk' insurance policies, covering damages to property as well as to persons for the driver and third party/ies.
  • Vehicle Deposit: In order to cover potential cost of damages resulting from careless handling of the vehicles, and as a guarantee(*) for the vehicle, the customer is required to leave an imprinted voucher of his Visa/Master card, upon receipt of the vehicle (this will not be encashed, and will be destroyed at the end of the rental period, assuming no damage has occurred).
  • Rental contract: a standard car rental contract will be signed just prior top taking possession of the vehicle.
  • In case of an accident/damage to the vehicle: the guarantee sum (*) will be payable either in part or in full, depending on the extent of the repairs and/or damages estimated.
  • Visa/Master "Premier" or "Gold" cards: in case of an accident, these cards will be debited up to the total amount of the guarantee sum, as summarised below (*), according to the category of vehicle hired.
  • In the unlikely event of mechanical problems, a mechanic will come 'on the spot' to repair the vehicle, and the vehicle will be exchanged it if it is not repairable there and then (at no extra charge).
  • All vehicles use the "normal Gazolin". The price of gasoline in the DR is currently around US$3 per gallon. (*) Vehicle categories and relevant amount of the guarantee _______________________
