Due to the increasing number of queries we are receiving daily, we are not always able to guarantee a speedy response to your queries of a general nature. We'll do our best to deal with any requests for information or assistance of a general nature in as timely manner as possible, though, whenever we can.

2) Inquiries about Services and/or Products:
We aim to respond to any inquiries about paid services, e.g. accommodation, car rental, taxi-service, Mamajuana -- and other products or services promoted via the site -- within 24 to 48 hours (working days). We'll do our best to reply within the day whenever possible.

3) For urgent inquiries of a business nature our Client Support Services can currently be contacted on: ++351 966 324 814 during (Lisbon time) working hours. Do you let rooms, or run a small hotel, or manage an accommodation or tourist center complex in the Dominican Republic. Perhaps you have a tourist attraction, or offer a service to visitors to enable them to enjoy their vacation in the Dominican Republic even more?

We appreciate that it can be hard to spread the word about your property, your services or your tourist venue that you may be developing, and invite you to submit a genuine advertorial article for placement on the website.
